Outsourced Claims Administration

PACE blends individuals with deep expertise in the management of mass tort claims, insurance/reinsurance, information management, project management and systems/technology.

At the core of our data and process services is the proactive development of complete and accurate claims data to enable our clients to optimally manage their claims. For the majority of matters this includes creating unique injured party records at the time of inception, typically triggered by receipt of a complaint or direct claims submission.

PACEweb®, a state-of-the-art web-based claims management system designed to track key information on mass tort claims from the time of submission through to resolution, is the central component of our outsourced service. It was designed with a sophisticated queue management system for the prioritization of processing tasks. PACEweb® is a flexible and customizable tool that uses technology with an Oracle database enhanced with the latest artificial intelligence technology.

The foundation of our work is our unwavering commitment to deliver the highest quality work product possible. We are committed to training and stressing a work culture where quality assurance, performance goal attainment, and continuous improvement are an everyday part of providing consistent quality work product upon which our clients depend.

Our approach to ensuring quality data capture is multi-faceted. First, all data entry and scanned documents are 100% quality controlled for accuracy and completeness. Our systems have been designed so that an internal team member cannot quality control his or her own work. Any identified errors in the process are corrected and feedback is provided to the appropriate team members.

Additionally, on an annual basis we undergo a SOC 1 / SSAE18 Type 2 audit to test our systems and operational controls.
